Other points of verification include position, supervisor, salary (where applicable), and reason for leaving. Also obtained, whenever available, are the applicant's strengths and weaknesses in the performance of their duties in previously-held positions. By use of a specially-developed query form, the rights and concerns of previous employers are protected, which results in a very high response ratio. An employment application or resume must be provided to include the names and locations of present/previous employers that apply.
