National Coverage
| All Inclusive Surveillance Services |
| 8 Hour Flat Rate Surveillance. Includes: pre-surveillance, investigation report, one video copy, mileage and travel time. Miscellaneous expenses will be billed as incurred with prior client approval. |
| Hourly Surveillance Services |
| Includes: reports, one video copy, and video prints. Mileage will be billed at $.50 per mile. Miscellaneous expenses will be billed as incurred with prior client approval. |
| Activity Checks |
| 4 Hour all inclusive on-sight convert or overt injury and/or observations of claimant's physical activities and employment status. Includes written report, one video copy, and video prints if applicable. |
| Alive & Well Checks |
| All inclusive one on one residential claimant meeting to review current activities, physical condition, treatments, and any other issues which may affect the claim. Includes written summary. |
| Accident Investigations |
| Complete personal injury and/or motor vehicle accident investigation including on-site accident scene evaluation, interviews, locus photo's and/or video, interviews, statements, scaled diagrams, subrogation and third party liability research and assessment. Maintain liaison between client and other investigating agencies. (police, fire, etc...) |
| Personal Interviews & Statements |
| Written, or recorded and transcribed. Comprehensive in-person interview of claimant, witness, or any person who may contribute to the investigation of a claim. |
| Investigative Services |
| General investigative services pursuant to specific client need. Pretext tactics for information development. Interview through behavioral analysis, convert camera utilization, witness locates,. asset searches, data investigations, court and/or civil record document research and recovery. |
| Background Investigation Services |
| Full range of services including criminal history, credit, business credit, social security verification, education, employment, drivers history, professional credentialing, character references, extended background investigations including on-site interviews regarding subject. Many other data retrieval services available. Call for fees. |
